[RP TownTalk] Door to Door Salesman

I just had a visit form Eric, salesperson from Apex Security Systems.  I
told him I did not own the home, and asked if he knew that it was illegal to
solicit in RP.  He said it's perfectly legal as long as he's licensed.  He
was unable to produce that license.  He left and got in the car - did not go
to another door that I know of.  

Just a heads up.
