[RP TownTalk] "Four-quadrant safety gate" -- where are you?

On my way to the MARC this morning, I noticed that the portable
warning signs are gone; the detour signs are down; the heavy equipment
is gone; it's as if CSX is done with the upgrade work at our RxR
crossing -- and the "four-quadrant safety gate" is nowhere to be seen.
Inquiring minds do need to know...

Anybody notice the schizophrenic detour signs on Queensbury at the
