Regulations require that a staff report be available to the public 2
weeks prior to Planning Board review. The Landy Report was due 6/27
and is now expected to be available on Monday, 7/2. This is the day
University Park's town council will vote on the proposal and just a
week before Hyattsville and Riverdale Park take it up. This is not
acceptable for a project that is so large and controversial.

 Complaints about the delay and requests for the Planning Board to
reschedule their review due to poor timing should go to:
