[RP TownTalk] suspicious incident

Thanks for the number Sarah - I just put it in my cell phone.

I had a totally scary event happen about 2 months ago -- a guy
followed my car home late at night, blocked me into my own driveway
with his car, and got out of the car to approach my car. He took off
fast once he realized I was already on my phone calling for help. Not
to fan the flames of worry, but keep your car doors locked!  I didn't
realize this person was following me until I turned onto my block.
