[RP TownTalk] Duncan reception

Friends and neighbors,

Just a reminder that we are having a reception for Doug Duncan, as the new
Vice President of the University of Maryland, at Town Hall this evening at
7:30.  With M Square and other university based projects having an ever
increasing influence on our town, we want to encourage cordial and
cooperative relations with the university.
