What am I missing here? What part of illegal door-to-door scam artist do 
people not understand?

Lets review the known facts:
1. This guy are going door-to-door in Riverdale
2. The town has not given any Honeywell people a business license.
3. He keeps offering a "Free" system that cost $30 a month.
4. Realistic ID cards are easer to fake than a drivers license
5. Who has seen a "Honeywell" ID? Who has not had a fake ID?
6. If you can find "his information" on the net then he could found it 
there too.
7. Have you ever used KINKO's computers and high quality printers?

9. Everyone reporting this guy here is a woman. (target selection)
