[RP TownTalk] car break-in Monday night

My son's car was parked in the driveway (under my young daughter's bedroom as we slept) two thursday's ago. This is 4th car break-in/vandalism that my household has experienced in the last 6 months.

This is becoming an epidemic. I would like to say more ...
