1. Cafritz Property
2. EYA I & II
3. Trolley Hiker-Biker Trail route from Greenbelt Rd in the north
(College Park) through the Cafritz Property and Riverdale Park, and
through Hyattsville to its proposed terminus at the Northwest Branch
Trail @ Ch. Armentrout Dr & Route 1.

You can see here that the Cafritz Property is bigger than the entire
EYA development (Phase I & II combined)
