[RP TownTalk] Pet store opening?

Seems to me I'd read a while back that the new pet
shop would be open around the same time as the
farmers' market started back up.  Does anyone know if
that's true, is the pet store opening any time soon? 
I haven't seen any signs or anything indicating when
it will open.  Thanks!
