[RP TownTalk] Cafritz property

Happy to know it's useful for some.  If there are any other
procrastinators (like me) out there, you'll appreciate how easy it is
to spend time on one thing (like tweeking this map) when there may be
more important things (i could list 100 or more) to be working on at
the moment!  Anyway, i had fun with it.
