[RP TownTalk] Busboys & Poets coming to EYA

it was reported on another list that EYA announced at the Hyattsville
City Council meeting that they have a letter of intent with Busboys
and Poets to be the anchor restaurant there, deal to be finalized in
June.

Also, at the meeting, they passed a pretty strong pro-pedestrian/biker
sidewalk policy, thought to be a harbinger of good things to come for
pedestrians and cyclists.  And it was reported that EYA is
incorporating some bike/ped friendly features (presumably this
includes the conversion of the old Trolley Trail.)
