[RP TownTalk] Good News - Trolley Trail and RR Crossing move forward

This is indeed great news. Thanks to everyone who has had a hand in it.
Given that the Cafritz brochure announcing the upcoming meetings has a photo
of what looks like a hiker-biker trail in it, it would seem like there's
reason for optimism on that end.
As for EYA -- part of EYA is in our town -- and access to the MARC and the
existence of a through hiker-biker trail (Hyattsville - RP - CP) would only
help their marketability, I would think. So maybe it would be possible to
get them to at least contribute to the costs of the RP section?
