[RP TownTalk] Douglas Jemal saves historic diner

If you have this morning's Post handy, check out the front page of the Metro
section.  Douglas Jemal is now the savior of an historic diner in downtown
DC (the Waffle Shop) that he had planned to raze.  Instead, he will now
dismantle and move it in its entirety, prior to putting up a new 10-story
building across from Ford's Theater.
