[RP TownTalk] Looking for new neighbors

I wanted to mention to you that two houses next door to me and across
the street are for sale and I sure could use some nice new neighbors.
4908 Somerset Road has been on and off the market a number of times
since its owner died, I think it's on short term rental now
(301-503-4278). It has a pool too. 4909 has just come on the market due
to the owner going into a retirement home. This is a very nice block
with kids, including my own, and with newly paved street also. We're
close to Town Center, the bike trail, and Riverdale Park itself. If you
know anyone who might have an interest in these properties, contact me and I'll help you find info on the properties. Any help you could
give would be very appreciated.
