[RP TownTalk] new restaurant and bookstore at EYA I

I just learned via a combination of the Hyattsville HOPE list and the EYA
website that there's a new bookstore and restaurant going in at EYA I on the
west side of Rt 1, in addition to the Busboys & Poets set for the east side.
