[RP TownTalk] new restaurant and bookstore at EYA I

If anyone wants to lobby grassroots style for Thai food, I know that
EYA is trying to woo the owner of Tara Thai. We met him at the
reception a few weeks ago and then saw him checking out the scene at
Franklin's.
