According to MapQuest, it's actually "Charles L. Armentrout Drive". 
   
  I think an observatory would be neat also, but since Greenbelt is already building one, we'd just look like copy cats. Also, the light pollution anywhere in this area (including Greenbelt) makes an observatory pretty useless. 
   
  How about a planetarium instead?

There's a road that crosses Rte 1 south of Franklin's and the sign
reads, "Ch Armentrout Way." What does the "Ch" stand for? Is it all
actually one word "Charmentrout?"

Also, Greenbelt is building an observatory. Vern, can we have an
observatory, too? Forget the infastructure improvements; let's look
at stars.
