Your idea is just what I was thinking about.  
I appreciate your putting the info up - this
would be great for our Town Center.  What
do the rest of you think????  We have to
begin someplace to change the face &
image.  And we need not to let this die.
 
So where do we start??What is the first
step????  We need a grant? Does Pat
Prangly do this??????    Emily
