Wow, that's really nifty thinking Marc. I do like it. But $1500 to some is  
$1500, no matter how you break it down. I get your point altogether and think  
it's cool. But it would have to be handled through town taxes, requiring a  
referendum vote, and you know how those go! Just playing devils advocate, though 
 'cause I love that sort of thinking.
