[RP TownTalk] alternatives to creating more garbage

Marc,
thinks for the reminder.  Didn't I notice a green "Paper" dumpster 
behind the school?  Now I can't remember if it is for paper or cardboard.

Which raises a question.  Which is more helpful, taking paper to the 
school or to Public Works?
