University of Maryland is partnering up wtih Riversdale to do an
outdoor screening of the university's film celebrating its 150 year
anniversary. Thought some of our town terrapins would be interested...
even if you don't care about the movie, it's a nice place to have a
picnic; Calvert House will have catered dinner options.

"Keeping the Promise: The Rise of the University of Maryland"

Bring your lawn chairs and picnic baskets for a FREE outdoor showing
of "Keeping the Promise" at Riversdale, the birthplace of the
University of Maryland. The film looks at 150 years of Maryland's
history by uniquely capturing its beauty, unbreakable spirit and
commitment to excellence.
