[RP TownTalk] New trash service and "old trash cans"

Dear friends and neighbors,

Today is the first day of trash service through Bates Trucking and Trash
Removal.  I'm anticipating a great kickoff and know that public works and I
are standing by make sure things go off as planned.

Everyone should have received a large green tote to begin utilizing for
trash.  We realize that most of this weeks trash will already be in your old
cans and Bates will pick up the trash from whatever container it is in.

As you begin using the new green tote, many of us will have no use for our
old cans.  Bates will pick them up if you mark them with a large "X"
indicating you want them recycled.
