[RP TownTalk] old trash cans

There may be another use for your old trash can(s). The Bates' flyer that was passed out says, under the "Bulk Trash and Yard Waste Collection" heading, "Yard waste such as flowers, grass cuttings, weeds and small garden trimmings should be placed in regular containers." 

Does anyone know what they mean by "regular container"? I'm guessing its a regular trash can.
