Yes Public Works is the first place to report street lights.

My guess would be that those lights under E/W Hw are the responsibility 
of the county. BUT report the problem to Public
Works/Council/Mayor. They can contact the correct folks at PG county. 
You do not know anyone at PG county and you are just a person to them. 
You are a local VOTER to our Council/Mayor. You know their names, faces 
and where they are "the last Monday" of the month (working session) and 
"the first Monday" of the month (Legislative Meeting, Jan 5, 2009, 
8:00pm).  As a bonus the head of Public Works and the Chief of Police 
are also there.

Sounds like I need my meds
