Friends and neighbors,

Just a quick followup to Bruce's note from yesterday. It appears that the
JC Mart is being evicted in order to make room for the liquor store. This
is one of the things I've wanted further clarification on from the property
owners but have gotten no response. So far as I can discover this is not a
case of eviction for failure to pay the rent, or anything like that.

Best wishes,

Vern
