[RP TownTalk] Available rentals?

Hey everyone,
 
My lease on my apartment is up in April and I'm looking for a more...uh, how
should I put this...desirable location (read safer).   I was wondering if
anyone knows of a place nearby coming open in the spring.  I have a cat
(declawed) and a small dog (housebroke), so they would need to come with me.
I'm open to a roommate situation.
 
If you know of any possiblilities, please let me know.  Thanks!
