[RP TownTalk] MUTC Meeting tonight

Riverdale Park Residents


The M-UTC meeting tonight will welcome new committee members and conduct
orientation. Members of the public are welcome. If you'd like an
introduction to the scope of the committee and how the Mixed Use Town Center
zoning works, this might be a good session to bring any questions you have
for our urban planning liaison, Dineene O'Connor. There are no pending
applications to review for tonight's meeting, which is at 7:15 in the town
hall. M-UTC Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month.

Happy New Year - almost!  While there are no applications to review, could
we meet Wednesday, January 2, at 7:15 p.m. in the town hall.  At that time I
will distribute the binders to new and returning members and we can have a
brief meeting to go through the binder materials and answer any questions.
