Why does the ice cream truck play "Popeye the Sailor Man"?

Is it not a pro-spinach song?

And doesn't  a pro-vegetable stance lead ineluctably to opposing dessert?

I find the two positions to be mutually incompatible.  I know that I
consider myself pro-ice cream and that accordingly I reject spinach
and all of its so-smugly "healthful" adherents.
