and he sent me a reply to answer your questions.  Here it is.  Joe is  very

Wachovia is fine and we will definitely be  building as soon as permits are 
issued and the Church is relocated.  Regarding the weeds we had an arrangement 
with the town that public works  would cut and trim as necessary and bill us. 
I will check with the town and  remind them. If anyone has questions they can 
always call or e-mail me  directly.
