[RP TownTalk] East-West & Route 1 Development - question

I've been reading with interest about the plans for the corner at East West Highway and Route 1; I saw the e-mail from Mr. Caputo (I think?) where he mentioned the church being relocated.  I may have missed it in the discussions, but does anyone know, is the Wachovia development going to impact Lynn Animal Hospital in any way?  Are they going to "stay put?"  Lynns' has been at that location since "forever," and speaking both as a pet owner and town resident I'd hate to see them have to move.
