[RP TownTalk] TownTalk Digest -- In need of lawery consultation

Dear Town folks:  the Riverdale Park Arts Council, Inc., (RPAC) is in the process of applying for 501 C3 status as a non-profit organization under the IRS.  While we have downloaded the rules and regulations from the IRS's web site, RPAC is in need of a lawyer with whom we can consult (on a pro bono basis) to assure that we are following procedures correctly.  If there are any lawyers out there that would be willing to guide us/answer questions occasionally as we pursue the 501 C3 designation, RPAC would be in your debt.
