[RP TownTalk] Obama Event

I'd like to know exactly what kind of traffic control, crowd control and  
noise control, as well as what parking arrangements have been made to  
accommodate this "event".  Will there be a public address system  used?  I'd also like 
to know if there is any cost to the town for this  "event".
