[RP TownTalk] not much of a wait at the polls

In '04 we may have had more. Of voters that still were on the rolls
in '07 (the data I am looking at), 1470 people voted in our precinct
in '04.
So the number of voters in Bush v Kerry was probably at least 1480,
and might have broken 1500.
My data does include absentees.
