[RP TownTalk] broken arm!

I would like to think that if I had been all caffeined up, I would have
thought of that myself. I called them, and they said they would contact CSX.

Thanks for reporting this-- I would call the Riverdale Police ASAP-- they
have all the numbers that should be called. 301 927 4343 is the non
emergency to the Police.

run the railroad crossing after the arms started coming down. The arm came
down on the truck. He backed up, and in the process, broke the arm. Then he
drove through the crossing on the wrong side. He saw that I saw him, but he

Bad situation - it's the arm that blocks the westbound traffic from crossing
when the train is coming, one of the first pair that comes down.
 
Any idea whom I should call? 
 
I didn't get the entire license plate - T15 6xx or T15 8xx.
