[RP TownTalk] Wachovia/410/Route 1 -- was: EYA East Status

I noticed this morning there's a large "Space Available" sign up on
the "Wachovia corner". I take it that means the Wells Fargo/Wachovia
deal is officially dead. Can the town confirm that?
