[RP TownTalk] East Campus Presentation tonight

Hi-

I wanted to remind those interested that East Campus developers
Foulger-Pratt/Argo will be discussing their detailed site plan (DSP)
tomorrow with the College Park council. While rumors have circulated
regarding potential--and substantial--alterations to the DSP filed,
the team still plans to present. They will review the project by topic
and possible areas of concern to the council. The public is welcome to
attend.

East Campus Work Session
Tuesday, October 21 8 pm
College Park City Hall, Council Chambers
4500 Knox Rd., College Park MD
A full ???? presentation on the East Campus project for the council
that is open to the public.

FP/A still hopes to have the plan reviewed and approved by the
Planning Board in November, before the holiday break. College Park can
impose certain conditions on the project that must be met. However,
changes after this College Park review could necessitate amendments,
more conditions and further review.
