Sarah,
At the meeting last night, Chad Williams of M-NCPPC and Dannielle  
Glaros noted that the southern boundary for the Sector Plan has been  
changed to end at Guilford Rd. in College Park.  Councilman Eric  
Olson acted informally to remove Riverdale Park and  University Park  
from the study.  Apparently that move gets formalized at the plan  
"initiation" before the council sometime in October.  It looks like  
any Cafritz property zoning items will be dealt with separately.
