[RP TownTalk] Query

Would someone who uses the MARC commuter please let me know what time the  
last morning train leaves the RP crossing for Union Station.  Also, is this  
train usually pretty much on time?  Can you still board that train and pay  the 
conductor in cash (but on the return train you need to buy a ticket at the  
station, right?)
