[RP TownTalk] F4 bus route in Dr. Gridlock column

Today's Dr. Gridlock column in the Washington Post features a letter arguing against rerouting of the F4 bus, and a response from Robert Thomson (Dr. Gridlock) that largely gives Metro the benefit of a doubt.  Check it out if you're interested, and respond if you're so inclined.
