You're absolutely right - there is no time frame, which is a bit
curious!  I wonder if IRS might be moving to the same kind of
requirement-with-no-time-frame mode as well? ;-)

or on the Wiki... yes, all this was brought on cuz I wanted to send an
email to all 7 candidates inviting them to make use of the Wiki page
for municipal elections
(http://rpwiki.wetpaint.com/page/Riverdale+Park+Town+Elections+2009)
for campaign purposes. But I don't have anything for Mr. Rivas.

BTW, sorry to see Tim Kimbaugh go - but I guess he can't run for the
Ward 5 seat (that he was appointed to) since he doesn't reside in that
ward.  I for one appreciate his service. (And I can say that since he
isn't a candidate!)
