The Hyattsville Environmental Committee is pleased to present Alison
Gillespie who will give a presentation on how to attract wildlife to
your back yard garden.  This is open to all so please send to other
listserves in surrounding communities!

Alison Gillespie is a science writer, backyard naturalist and garden
coach who lives in Silver Spring, MD.  Her writing has appeared in
regional and national magazines, and she hosts the Sligo Naturalist
column each month in the Voice newspapers of Silver Spring and Takoma.
 As a parent, she believes in the power of getting children outside as
much as possible, and she often helps clients attract birds,
butterflies, bees and other beneficial insects to their backyards.
