Does anyone know if everything needs to be out at 8 am or do we have the
entire window of 8-2 to get our stuff out to the curb?

Thanks,
Lisa

As someone who is chronically unclear about what is "acceptable" I
went to the town website to see what is acceptable. Finding no
guidance there, I went to the county website, and found this page:

http://www.co.pg.md.us/government/agencyindex/der/waste.asp#top

I don't know if Bates follows the same guidelines, but thought it
would be a place to start. I would love some feedback from someone
official on the topic.

----------

I have no idea how electronics are viewed, but found this further down
on the page:

 Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics

Hazardous waste materials from residential sources and electronics are
accepted on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. For a list of acceptable
items and quantities visit the Household Hazardous Waste Acceptance
Site and/or the Electronics Recycling Acceptance Site. Should you need
additional information, you may call the Recycling Section at (301)
883-5045.
