[RP TownTalk] Place to park - Target

RE who else you can complain to; have you approached PG Plaza Security or the PG Plaza management office?  Or maybe the town of Hyattsville?  It's possible that other people have filed complaints or concerns re. parking at Target.  I take the bus but I know I've gone over there around 4:30 in the afternoon and the parking lot seems to be full; wouldn't think there'd be THAT many people there at that time on a weekday, would you?
