[RP TownTalk] hearing sign in front of house on Taylor and Nicholson

My next door neighbors at 5012 Nicholson St. are requesting a variance of 8 ft on the front building line easement of 25 ft and 1ft on the side easement of 8 ft to construct a front porch.

And while we're on the subject of signs, there is a pink and white county HEARING sign in front of the property on the east side of Taylor at the corner of Nicholson.  Anyone know what that's about?
