[RP TownTalk] foreclosed property's trash been on street for almost 2 weeks

I'll have this checked out promptly Monday.  I'm happy to say that this
happens so infrequently that I don't really know what the procedures are.

In general a direct call/message to town hall (301-927-6381
riverdaleparkmd at comcast.net) during business hours will/should get you a
quicker and accurate response.
