[RP TownTalk] Rt. Heritage Area Project

The line item mentioned is the town's annual dues for ATHA - the Anacostia
Trails Heritage Area.
Via our membership, the town receives benefits like the new trail markers
which were installed publicizing history and amenities - there's a green
marker in the town center, as one example.  ATHA promotes and publicizes the
history, cultural tourism, recreational amenities, and environmental
resources of our area.
