[RP TownTalk] New Year's Day open house (reminder!)

Well, it started out as an annual party ... that was the idea ... but
last year I was renovating, so I skipped it.  Back on schedule now, and
hopefully it will be annual again from now on!  I hope to see many of
you here today!
