[RP TownTalk] Rooster siting

The town Code Chapter 10-1 to 10-10  prohibits people in residential  areas 
from keeping livestock animals.  An animal running loose may be  impounded.  
You should call the code enforcement officer to deal with this  problem.

Strange but true – I just saw a  rooster in a my backyard on Ravenswood. It 
scuttled into my neighbor’s yard  and is nosing around on the ground for food. 
It’s quite a nice specimen –  yellow neck feathers, white and black body and 
black  tail.
