[RP TownTalk] water main break at Madison and Taylor

Absolutely, do feel free to call - we will get your concerns forwarded to
the right party. I generally rely on our public works director to forward
requests to Pepco, WSSC, SHA and the like - he has a rolodex of direct
contacts that can make the response time better or reduce the amount of time
on hold that we may get as average citizens. In the middle of the night, if
a main breaks, calling WSSC's hotline is probably still the best
first-response strategy, but again, do feel free to call on any council
person so that we can be aware of the issue and take action as we are best
able.
