Should have added - 46th and Riverdale. He got off the northbound 83 bus, same stop that I did. He walked down the street and turned down their driveway as if he knew exactly where he was going. No looking around, no hesitation, just went straight for the scooter. 

GRRRR!!!!

Just now, a kid tried to steal my neighbors sccoter. Young black man, long purple shirt, bright striped socks, long black shorts, brown dew rag. Called the police. BEWARE!!!!
